The cook box and lid are constructed from cast aluminium creating a barbecue that may be compact, but is still built to last. Plus the North American factory build with it's higher quality materials and standard of build will ensure a longer life span.
The Flav-R-Cast Iron Cooking Grids have been designed for greater efficiency with superior heat retention created by their tight spacing and shaping giving fantastic searing power to seal in juices for maximum taste. They feature two easily reversible sides with one pointed side concentrating heat creating perfect sear marks on a steak with the flip side grooved for non stop basting.
